This core-focused yoga class is all about building strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out. Designed as a foundational practice, it’s perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to improve their posture, balance, and overall body awareness in a safe, mindful way.

In this session, we’ll explore how to activate the core—not just the abs, but the entire center of the body, including the lower back, obliques, pelvic floor, and deep stabilizing muscles. Strengthening this area helps support the spine, improve balance, and prevent strain during movement—on or off the mat.

You’ll work through accessible postures like Plank, Low Lunge, Boat Pose, and Bridge, with detailed guidance on how to engage your core without over-tensing or collapsing into the lower back. We’ll combine these postures with breathwork to ensure that your movement is intentional and well-supported.

In between active poses, you’ll have time to rest, reset, and stretch. This balanced approach ensures you’re building strength with control—never rushing or straining. You’ll also learn how core engagement can improve your alignment in everyday yoga poses and daily life movements.

This is not a fast-paced power class. It’s a thoughtful, steady exploration of strength, support, and self-awareness. Whether you're recovering from injury, sitting at a desk all day, or just want to feel more grounded and stable, this class offers tools you can use well beyond the mat.

By the end, you’ll feel stronger, more connected to your center, and better equipped to carry yourself with ease and confidence.

All levels are welcome, and props like blocks or a folded blanket can help enhance comfort and support throughout the class.
