Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing, healing practice that uses props to fully support the body in restful, gentle poses. Designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep physical and mental relaxation, it’s perfect for reducing stress, recovering from fatigue, or simply slowing down.
Each pose is held for several minutes with the body completely supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks—allowing muscles to release and the mind to settle.
