7 Days Weight Loss Diet Plan (Simple & Short)
Morning (Empty stomach):
Warm water with lemon OR 1 tsp soaked chia seeds
Breakfast (8–9 AM):
Day 1–3: Vegetable oats / poha / upma + green tea
Day 4–7: Moong dal cheela / besan chilla + mint chutney
Mid-Morning Snack (11 AM):
1 fruit (apple, papaya, orange, guava)
5–6 soaked almonds OR 2 walnuts
Lunch (1–2 PM):
1 bowl dal / 1 bowl curd
1–2 phulka (no ghee) OR ½ bowl brown rice
Salad (cucumber, tomato, carrot)
Evening Snack (4–5 PM):
Green tea / herbal tea
1 handful roasted chana / makhana
Dinner (7–8 PM, light):
Day 1–3: Vegetable soup + stir-fry veggies
Day 4–7: 1 phulka / 1 bowl dal + sauteed veggies
Before Bed (Optional):
1 cup warm turmeric milk (without sugar, with black pepper) OR plain warm water
Tips:
Har meal me fiber & protein zarur ho.
Dinner hamesha light rakho.
Fried / sugary foods avoid karo.
Yoga + 30 min brisk walk add karo for best results.
